Vocality is our new Web based dialing solution. Vocality interfaces seamlessly with our collection system and allows us access to an integrated auto dialer with interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities. With Vocality, we can set-up custom messages or text-to-speech dialogs to debtors.
The Vocality solution has a “link-back” option. This “link-back” option will allow the debtor to press one key and be connected directly to a TSC collector. Once connected, conversations can be recorded and stored for later review. Vocality is compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and its cell phone database scrubbing feature allows us to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Vocality compliments our collection system by enabling us to easily handle large volumes of accounts efficiently and quickly; but that’s just part of what Vocality can do.
Our customers can also use Vocality without having to refer an account for collections. They can create a messaging program, such as broadcast messaging or develop a telephone pre-collection service that is custom tailored to fit your needs.
For example, you could create a campaign in which Vocality would call your past due customers and leave a specific message for them to contact your office. Imagine how much more effective a telephone message could be versus a past due message on a monthly billing statement. You could also create a messaging campaign to let your customers know of an important upcoming event.
