TSC was founded in 1992 by Mr. Mike Sherman, our current President and active manager of operations. We are family owned and operated, providing our customers with personalized service for more than 19 years.

Our management team has a combined experience of more than fifty years in the healthcare billing and collection field. Our President, Mr. Mike Sherman, has been in the accounts receivable industry for more than twenty five (25) years. Mike has worked as a business office manager for a multi-specialty clinic, collections trainer, collection manager and consultant.
The Vice President of Corporate Development, Mrs. Deborah Sherman, has been in the accounts receivable industry for more than seventeen (17) years. She has worked as credit manager, biller, collector, collection manager, general manager, and accounts payable specialist.
TSC made a major investment in a new computer system and collection software application in September, 2007. This new system enables us to provide our clients with on-line access to their accounts via a secure web-site. Our clients can send us new collection accounts, send notes or new information regarding existing accounts, report and post payments and run various reports relating to the accounts referred to us for collections.
Our new system also enables those debtors who want to pay on-line, access to their account through our web site. These debtors are then able to make a secure payment on their account through our web site.
TSC is a relatively small collection agency and as such our goal has always been to provide a more personal approach to our customers. The clients that we work with want an accounts receivable company that understands what they are trying to accomplish. They like the fact that we are responsive to their requests and that they can communicate directly with the decision makers at TSC.
In order to keep our clients more informed about their accounts and our activities, TSC offers its’ clients “@Client Services”. This service is an implementation into our software system that allows our clients secure online access to their account portfolio 24/7. Clients can report payments, place single or multiple debts, obtain reports and check the status of their accounts. This service is accessible through our web site.
TSC’s strengths are that we are family owned and operated which provides for a high level of motivation and better results for our clients. We also train our collectors to handle the type of accounts they are responsible for, i.e. retail business, private insurance, worker’s comp, patient pay, etc.
Additionally, we have worked very diligently to keep TSC on the “cutting edge” of technologically. We have a state of the art collection system allowing both clients and their patients controlled access via the internet.
Security Strategy for Your Product of Service:
TSC operates a fully automated and paperless collection system. All paper documents received from our clients are scanned attached to the electronic record and the paper documents are destroyed.
Our on-line services are provided through a secure web-site. All paper documents are secure and document destruction is handled by Cintas.
