Our Client Online Portal is an implementation into our software system that allows our clients access to their accounts. Access to the portal is through our website section Client Log-in.
You will be assigned a username and password. You can then login and check the status of any one of your accounts. You can read collection notes and collection activities. You can also see payment history and run any one of several reports to evaluate our collection success with your accounts.
We also encourage our clients to use the portal to send new accounts to us. It is simple to use and accounts are processed immediately.
Many of our clients post payments and adjustments through the portal. This updates the balance of your accounts immediately, so that the debtors are no longer contacted by our collectors regarding their unpaid balance. You can even send messages to the account collector letting them know the debtor called and left a new telephone number or address and asked for a call back. These messages go to the top of the collectors “work que” so they are seen immediately.
