Michael ‘Mike’ Sherman is the President and CEO of TSC Accounts Receivable Solutions, located in Carlsbad, California. 

Mike has been in the health care collection industry since 1983. He has held positions as biller, collector, business office
manager, sales representative, healthcare consultant and collection agency manager. In 1992, Mike founded TSC Accounts Receivable Solutions, a successful health care collection company that has been providing value-added services to its clients for the past
26 years.
 

Mike’s career in the health care accounts receivable field started in 1983 as Business Office Manager for Malone and Hogan
Clinic, in Big Spring, Texas. Not long after this, Mike moved to Dallas, Texas, to work for the Chilton Corporation, the nation’s fourth largest credit reporting agency at that time. Chilton Corporation was later purchased by TRW and soon after was acquired
by Experian. Mike worked for all three entities in the capacity of regional sales representative and then national sales representative for Experian’s healthcare division. In 1991, Mr. Sherman left Experian to work for D-Med Corporation in a hospital business
office consulting role. Then in 1992, he founded his own company, TSC Accounts Receivable Solutions.

Having worked for medical providers as well as third party collection companies, Mike is uniquely qualified to understand
the concerns and goals of his health care clients as they relate to improving the management of their revenue cycle management programs.
