We are pleased to let you know that we have completed the migration to our new collection software! The process was pretty seamless, but as with most system upgrades there were a few bumps in the road. We are proud of this technological advancement for our company.

With an integrated dialer and sophisticated collection strategies, we believe that this new system will enable us to more efficiently and effectively work collection accounts. This will result in higher recoveries for our customers.  All calls are now being recorded for training and compliance and the system offers a higher level of security of protected consumer information.

There is also an enhanced debtor web portal. Consumers can see details about their account, make a payment, negotiate a payment plan, see their payment history, print a receipt and communicate via email with our office.

In addition, the client web portal offers our clients a more robust experience when accessing their accounts. Clients can now see more detail on accounts, manage their own users, see more reports and even create their own statistical reports. The account placement and batch upload section are much easier to use. There is also a secure email feature for communicating with customer support.
